Discounted and Distributor Pricing

In order to receive discounted or distributor pricing for your organization or business, Filters Fast Business Services must have a copy of your company or organization’s resale certificate, tax-exempt certificate, or business license/Federal Tax ID number on file. You may submit your company or organization’s information via email to b2bsale@filtersfast.com or via fax at 704-684-0289.

To be eligible for distributor pricing, you must order items in full case quantities. For non-distributor or discounted pricing, you may order in any quantity needed.

Payments and Terms Details

We accept credit cards, cashiers checks, money orders, company checks and ACH bank draft payments in U.S. Dollars only. Allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product the time funds clear or payment is received. 

If you prefer to be billed monthly you will need to complete a credit application to be set up on payment terms. Our payment terms are net 30 days. You may begin this process by requesting a credit application and emailing the completed application to b2bsale@filtersfast.com. You will need either your company or organization’s federal tax ID, tax-exempt certificate, resale certificate, and 3 credit references.

An authorized signature is required to process the application.

Please remit payment by the invoiced due date as any overdue balance will affect your ability to place additional orders.

Any credits will be applied to your Filters Fast, LLC net 30 Business Services account.

 

Returns

You may return an item(s) within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item purchased please contact us via phone, 888-345-8377, or email b2bsale@filtersfast.com to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the items to Filters Fast. We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information.

All returns must be in new, unused condition and contain all original parts and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts and components. We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.

Returns and/or refunds on custom air filters and special order items are not allowed. 

Any items returned to Filters Fast without an RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed and will be discarded.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all order returns over $5,000 in value. We do not refund shipping on returned items, nor do we offer store credit. However, you must still contact us for an RMA number. If your return comes back to us damaged we will follow the above-outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

If you contact us via phone or email to cancel your order prior to it being processed we will gladly cancel your order free of charge. However, if your order has already been processed for shipment we will not be able to cancel your order. You may return the order in accordance with our regular return policy

Refused Shipment and Undeliverable Addresses

If you refuse delivery of a shipment when the package comes back to us it will be discarded and you will not be refunded for your order. If you wish to return something please follow our normal return policy.

If you provide an undeliverable address and your package comes back to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping cost to reship your order to you.

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped via UPS International Priority or Economy. All applicable import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Filters Fast, LLC is in no way responsible for any delays or additional taxes or fees foreign customs agencies may impose or cause. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact his/her local customs agency to inquire about the amount of the fees that may apply to the order, prior to purchase.

The customer is also responsible for determining whether or not the items they purchase will be allowed into their respective country. Filters Fast, LLC will not allow refunds for items that a customs agency will not allow into the country.

Filters Fast, LLC’s return policy also applies to our international customers; however special rules may apply since custom charges are often incurred when items are being returned to us from another country. The customer will be responsible for paying any duties/taxes on items they are returning to us.

Any international order that is refused or is returned to us because it was not picked up in time by the customer will not be refunded or reshipped.

Disclaimer

Filters Fast, LLC is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through the US parcel post mail. To avoid any complications with your delivery you may select UPS Ground service and request signature confirmation upon delivery. Please note, it is not the policy of Filters Fast to request signature delivery confirmation on its orders.

Warranties and Defective Products

Some of the products sold by Filters Fast, LLC are covered under manufacturer warranty. Service information containing terms and conditions are often times included in the product box. We encourage our customers to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer. Please note that improper product installation can void a manufacturer’s warranty so please follow any guidelines listed.

Out of Stock Products

Our goal at Filters Fast, LLC is to ship your products accurately and as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there may be times when we are out of stock on an item you have ordered which may delay your shipment. We will keep you informed if there will be any delays due to out of stock items on your order, typically via email if you have provided an email address. And of course, we will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available. As a business account customer, you are responsible for letting Filters Fast, LLC know whether or not you will accept partial shipments. Please note that you will be responsible for freight charges on every shipment.
